Pushing Through with CRPS

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, “I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.” You just do the thing you think you cannot do.

-Eleanor Roosevelt

I believe in order to grow we must push ourselves to do things we don’t particularly want to do. And do things that make us uncomfortable. For those of us living with CRPS, many things in our lives we must now learn to force ourselves to do. What used to be an easy task, isn’t so easy anymore. What used to be something we could do without thinking, now causes extreme pain and we have to prepare to do! This makes life tough, but it also makes us tougher! I truly believe that God never gives us more than we can handle. Sometimes, it may seem like you’re near your limit and you may very well be! But it’s never more than you can handle! ❤️
